Ingredients: METAMYOSYN Protein Blend (milk

Hydrochloride, Thiamin Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Vitamin D3, Folic Acid,

Directions: For optimal digestion, add the
contents of 1 packet to 16 ounces of cold water or milk and mix thoroughly in a
shaker. Increase or decrease the amount of liquid to achieve desired
consistency. Drink immediately for best results. Calcium and other
minerals can affect the absorption of particular medications. Do not take this
product within 2 hours of taking medications. As a reminder, discuss the
